Ohio Wind Production Incentive Program The Ohio Wind Production & Manufacturing Incentive Program is the result of funds collected through Ohio’s Advanced Energy Fund. Selected projects will receive a wind energy production incentive ranging from $.01 to $.012 per kilowatt-hour for electricity produced from projects that begin commercial operation in the State of Ohio on or before June 30, 2009.
